Tigers

I haven't seen the Tigers this active before!  They were both up walking around and playing with each other.  It was so awesome watching them! 

Baby Colobus Monkey

I think I was getting a taste of what heaven will be for me while I watched this little monkey play with his mom.  I seriously can't convey how mesmerizing this baby is to me!  He ran, jumped, climbed, and played while his mom ate.  He stayed very close to her the entire time I was watching them.

I love his curly hair!!  It was so surprising to see since the adults have very straight hair.  :)

Sea Lion

I love watching animals underwater!  I am fascinated by how they maneuver.  I really enjoy watching the sea lions!  I was able to catch this one as it whizzed by me.  :)

Penguins

I really like penguins!  I think they are cute and have such great personalities!  I remember once when I went to the zoo, there was a penguin that was separated from the rest of the group.  There was only a rope fence to keep him in his enclosure and he had walked right up to the fence.  So naturally, I slowly walked up to him to take pictures.  When I could tell he wasn't scared of me being close, I slowly reached my hand out to touch him.  I was very shocked at how soft he was!  After petting him, I stepped back and let him be.  It was a neat experience that I will remember for a very long time!  :)

Polar Bears

Polar Bears are pretty awesome!  I love watching them!  They look so cuddly!  Haha!  But obviously I wouldn't ever try to get close to one.

Pelicans Eating

Yesterday I confessed that I find Pelicans a little scary because of their size, but today I get to show you part of why I find them so interesting!  I was able to capture some pictures of them eating some food that was being tossed to them.  It was neat to see the inside of their beaks.  :)

Great White Pelican

I think Pelicans are kinda scary because they are so big... Hahaha.  But their uniqueness is still interesting to me.  :)

Serval Basking in the Sun

The pretty Serval was basking in the sun just like my little kitty, Penny, does at home.  :)

Crowned Cranes

Okay, I think these Crowned Cranes are SO BEAUTIFUL!  I would be very interested in learning how they live in the wild in their native regions.  I can't imagine that they blend into their surroundings very well...  Haha :)

Cranes and Other Birds

I don't know the names of all these different birds, but I thought they were all worth taking photographs of!  I love the variety of sizes and colors!  They are all so interesting to me!
