More Pacing Tigers

Happy Caturday!  Here are more pictures from the day I was at the zoo and the tigers were pacing in front of the window.  At one point they stopped pacing and just stood, staring through the window.  It was amazing!  :)

Sea Lions

I thoroughly enjoyed watching the sea lions!  On this day in particular, they were being quite friendly!  They kept coming up to the glass and looking out at us.  I think they were waiting to be fed.  It's amazing how animals learn schedules.  Haha  :)

Lemur

I can't wait to see this little guy again when the zoo opens in the spring!  He probably won't be very little anymore!  He is one of my favorite animals!  I love watching this little lemur!  :)

Pacing Tigers

Happy Caturday!  This is a throwback to these beautiful Tigers who were pacing in front of the window at the zoo!  It was such a sight to see!  I think they were expecting food.  I found myself just staring at them in awe of their size and forgetting to take pictures.  They are so majestic!

These are all too cute for words!  I seriously adore watching animals of any kind!  I can't wait until the zoo opens up in the spring!  Until then, I am enjoying looking over pictures like these.  :)

Giraffes

I really enjoyed watching these giraffes!  I especially like the little one!  He is learning so much from the adults.  Although I think the older ones like to pick on him sometimes.  I caught an adult chasing the little guy.  I had never seen giraffes running before!  It was very entertaining!

Eventually they laid down to relax.  :)

Birds and Mice

This is another post full of random, unsorted pictures.  However, they all fall into the category of having wings or being a mouse.  :)  This is just another example of why I love going to the zoo!  You never quite know what you are going to see!  :)

Prairie Dogs

I am starting out the New Year with another post about Prairie Dogs.  I have been going through a recent obsession with Prairie Dogs.  I don't know what it is about them, but I just love them!  I loved that they didn't seem to care about the giant peacock in their enclosure.  And watching the Prairie Dog stretch and yawn was so entertaining!  :)

Colobus Monkey

I love this little furry ball of energy!  I am sure the next time I see him, he will be SO much bigger!  But for now, I am enjoying the pictures of him dangling from his mother's tail, and learning how to be a monkey.  :)
