African Journey

I'm so glad my mom and I were able to work it out to continue our tradition of going to the zoo together to celebrate her birthday.  We always have so much fun and this time was no different!  😊

Sea Life

It had been a while since I took pictures of sea life.  I'm glad I took the time to check in on the animals in there.  😊

Kangaroos and Joeys

I'm enjoying every little bit of progression I am able to witness with these joeys!  I am disappointed that I will miss seeing so much since the zoo will be closing for the season so soon.  We'll see how these next few weeks go.

Random

I have been trying for a while now to get good pictures of these red-rumped agouti, but their enclosure always has the WORST reflections.  This was the best I could do.  I frankly know very little about them, but from what I have observed, they definitely seem kinda like big squirrels without the fluffy tails.  Hahaha

Monkeys

I'm pretty proud of myself for keeping up with my wildlife pictures this year.  I took these yesterday!  I'm still have a bit of trouble with blogger, but it's not really a big deal.  I actually do like the new look better.  There are just some minor changes I have to make to my work flow to accommodate how blogger works now.

Kangaroos and Joeys

So Blogger loads all my pictures in reverse order.  I don't know why.  I also don't have the patience to correct them.  So as you scroll, you are going back in time in terms of the events as they happened.  Hahaha!  Anyways, I was SO excited to see these little joey noses peeking out from their pouches.

Banded Mongoose Babies

I'm really enjoying watching these little guys grow up!  The adults seem a bit overwhelmed trying to keep the 5 babies in line.  There are constant squabbles and lots of running and chasing.
