Binturong, Bunny, and More!

 Every summer I make sure I can fit in at least one zoo trip with Joe.  These are pictures from that trip together.  We didn't go to the African part but we did the rest.  I was excited to see the Binturong again!  We also saw a small bunny in the red panda enclosure.  It was just munching on grass until a red panda spotted it and chased it around.  Finally the bunny squeezed through the mesh and got out of the reach of the red panda.  I didn't take any pictures of that crazy moment because I was to enthralled and excited that Joe was with me to witness it to think about taking pictures.

 These are from a quick trip to the zoo with a friend who was in town for her car to get fixed.  I picked her up and we went to the zoo.  It was middle of the day so it was more crowded than I'm used to, but thankfully it wasn't too hot.

Many of these birds I typically walk by without taking pictures.  But on this day, I decided I need to capture them all.

 This was a fun, quick trip to the zoo.  I was quite surprised to see a small bunny in with the monkeys.  At some point when I wasn't looking, the bunny squeezed out of the monkey cage and was right in front of me.  I bent down to take pictures.  Suddenly the bunny was being chased by a chipmunk!  You can see the chipmunk out of focus above the bunny.  It was so cute!

Stingrays and more!

 I admittedly don't often stop by to see the stingrays, but I'm glad I did because I got to see the newest baby!  So cute!

Red Panda, Muntjac, and Kangaroos

 I haven't been to the zoo as much this summer as I hoped, but we've been busy with lots of working on our house which has been so good!  I loved seeing the red panda, the adorable little dear (which I looked up and apparently is called a Muntjac), and of course all the kangaroos.  I also snuck in a picture of the Dingo with a dog bone.  So cute!
