Peachicks and peafowl

 I knew from a post online that there were baby peafowl, and I spotted these little ones under the shrubbery.  Aren't they precious?!

 I just love our zoo.  I decided to take some time to get pictures of a bunch of the animals that I don't often photograph.  I'm glad I did!

Monkeys and Lemurs

 Y'all!  Look at this cute wittle baby monkey!!  He was being a handful for his poor mother.  I mean, he's totally biting her in the first picture.  Haha!  But then he calmed down and cuddled with her.  So sweet!!

Kangaroos

 The kangaroos were initially chilling but then got up to enjoy food.  I enjoyed watching them eat, especially the littler ones as they were struggling to try to hold the food in their hands.  It was so cute!!

Tasmanian Devil!!

 Y'all!!!  I got to see the Tasmanian Devil!  Our zoo has had at least one for years now, but I usually never see any and if I do, I've only gotten a glimpse of it sleeping.  This was my first time seeing it awake during the day.  It was so fun to watch!  I stayed for a while to enjoy it and take as many pictures as I could of it running around it's enclosure.  It was such a neat and memorable experience.
