Birds

 I included this first picture even though it isn't very good because within moments of walking into the aviary, I felt poop hit the top of my head and it definitely came from one of these two.  I honestly wasn't that upset.  But I'm like 99% sure that the only other time this has happened to me was also at the Cincinnati Zoo when I visited there in high school with some friends.  I could be wrong and the first time was a different zoo.  I was frustrated this happened because the poop smelled fishy and I could smell it on me the entire rest of the day until we were finally home and I took a shower.  The rest of the birds were neat though and none of them pooped on me.  Haha!

Penguins and More!

 I loved seeing so many different types of penguins, and I thought it was so neat that they were together!  It really helped to see the size differences between them since they were all so close.

African Animals

I really liked how the Cincinnati Zoo has their African section laid out!  By this point in the day, we were starting to get a little tired and hot, so Joe and I went to a nearby cafe to grab a drink.  While he was inside making the purchase, I stayed on the balcony watching the lion who had woken up and stood there roaring for a bit before taking a stroll.  It was so cool!

Wolves

 I love wolves!!  I was thrilled that we were able to fairly easily see all 4 of these good doggos as they rested.  We stayed for a while watching them.  They are so cool!
