Y'all!!! I got to see the Tasmanian Devil! Our zoo has had at least one for years now, but I usually never see any and if I do, I've only gotten a glimpse of it sleeping. This was my first time seeing it awake during the day. It was so fun to watch! I stayed for a while to enjoy it and take as many pictures as I could of it running around it's enclosure. It was such a neat and memorable experience.
These are from my first trip to the Fort Wayne Zoo this year! I loved seeing all the animals again!!
These are the last pictures I have to post from the Indy Zoo, so it's fitting that they are of the cheetahs which are probably my favorite animals there. I noticed one of the cheetahs was missing about half of its tail, but that didn't seem to bother it at all. I specifically loved watching them interacting with each other. They are awesome to watch!
Today is actually the first day that the Fort Wayne Zoo is open for members. I'm so excited to be able to get back to going on a regular basis! I love our zoo!
