More Tigers

One of the things I really enjoyed about these tigers was the ability to observe the differences between their markings and even their expressions.  They clearly all had unique personalities.  

Tiger Standing Watch

This tiger emerged from the back and stood watch over the other tigers.  After thoroughly looking over the area, the tiger found a place to lay down while the other tigers watched him.

I was so mesmerized watching these tigers even as they just laid there, and then to my surprise, another tiger emerged!  So cool!  :)

The tiger exhibit at the Potawatomi Zoo was AMAZING!  The tigers were all out and lounging around.  I spent a long time watching them and taking pictures.  Some of them watched me back and some of them slept.  This one was somewhat interested in what I was doing for a little bit.  :)

Lion

This week is going to be all big cats from Potawatomi Zoo in South Bend!  This lion was being super lazy!  This is exactly how Mondays make me feel too.  :)

Bobcat

Happy Caturday!  I can't believe it is already October!!  This Bobcat looked hot and tired, but he managed to keep himself awake to stand watch.  I wonder what he was watching.

Monkey and Otters

Happy Friday!  I eventually did leave the Prairie Dogs to look at other animals.  :)  I spotted this adorable little monkey running through this giant willow tree as well as these lazy otters, sleeping together in a log.  :)

This Prairie Dog was minding his own business when he seems to have smelled something offensive.  Haha!  I just love how the expression of his face changes.  :)

More Bickering Prairie Dogs

I started watching another group of Prairie Dogs after the first group scattered when the bickering started.  This group didn't last very long together before they also started bickering.  Haha!  I like the guy in the middle of the second picture that is trying to get the other two to stop fighting!  Haha!  :)

Bickering Prairie Dogs

I would have to say, I have never seen so many Prairie Dogs out of their tunnels being so active!  I think that is why I watched them for so long!  This little group was hanging out together, but then some of them starting bickering.  They are so cute!  :)
