I know it has been a while since I posted pictures from my trips to the zoo! It's time to get them going again! I think these beautiful, exotic creatures of the seas make a good place to start again! Enjoy! :)

Prairie Dogs
Prairie Dogs are fun to watch, especially when they interact with each other! They were quite feisty this day which was neat to see. :)

Foxes
These sleepy little foxes live at Black Pine Animal Sanctuary. They were enjoying a warm, sunny day in their forever home. :)

Zebras
I really enjoy watching Zebra graze. They always look so peaceful which is relaxing for me to observe. :)

Tigers
These happy tigers live at Black Pine Animal Sanctuary. As you can see, one was enjoying a nice big bone with some meat on it while the other was trying to catch a cat nap in the sun. :)

Baby Gibbon
This tiny baby can be seen clinging to its mother as she swings through their enclosure. The mother often takes breaks to check on her little baby.
This little baby has lost a lot of the pinkish coloring and looks so much like a mini adult now! :)

Baby Orangutan
This precious little girl was born earlier this year and is learning so much from the adults she lives with. She was so tiny! :)
She is getting big fast! :)
I bet I will hardly recognize her the next time I see her at the zoo next year!

Amur Leopard
This majestic Amur Leopard jumped onto some low branches in his enclosure and stayed perched on top of them as if he was posing for pictures. I gladly took these pictures. :)

Owl Taking Off
I was so excited to get pictures of this owl taking off, but then I was pretty surprised when I realized the owl was flying towards me, not in the direction he was looking. After realizing that he wasn't watching where he was going, I wasn't surprised when I heard him hit the front of his enclosure. I guess not all owls are wise. :)
