Monkeys and Cats

I don't often stop to photograph the monkeys, but on that fall day last year, I couldn't help myself!  They beautiful colors bring new life to the same old boring scenes I am so used to.  Also, I absolutely love our servals!  I am not sure if they are both the same gender or not.  I would freak out if they were a breeding pair.  Maybe I'll find out more this year when the zoo opens again.

Since it's been months now, I can't remember which mom this is or if the joey is a girl or boy.  But whoever they are, they sure are cute!  I love when the joey stands up tall to scratch.  So stinkin cute!

I loved watching the joeys, especially as they started getting more adventurous and curious outside of their mom's pouch.  This little one was trying hard to get right back in, but just couldn't quite figure it out.  Their struggle was fun to watch.  Haha!

 

Kangaroos and More!

I still have quite a few days worth of pictures from going to the zoo last season that I haven't posted yet.  So I'm going to start posting them until I get caught up.  I can't wait for the zoo to open again in April!

 

Random

I'm trying to get caught up on posting pictures but it's been really slow going.  Here are some from this past fall.  I thought it was so funny seeing the ducks fighting over fish that was meant for the storks.  Hahaha!
