Random

 The morning that I took these was actually pretty chilly and very overcast.  I kept hoping the sun would come out and warm it up a bit, but that didn't happen.

Kangaroos and Joeys Part 2

 These are the last of the pictures from my day at the zoo with my mom.  We had a wonderful time!  She enjoyed seeing these joeys the most.  I don't blame her!  They are so cute!  And it's not everyday that you get to see a kangaroo that young!  So cool!  I really like the last picture of the mom hopping away while the joey is still peering out.  So adorable!!  😍

Kangaroos and Joeys Part 1

 Seeing the kangaroos with their joeys was the best part of the day for us!  The joeys were hanging their heads out and the kangaroos were hopping around a lot.  It was neat to see so much activity!

Random

 I love the zoo so much, but it was even more special to have my mom with me on this trip!  I enjoyed telling her as much as I could about all the animals.  All the little details and tidbits I've picked up over the years were interesting to her.  

African Journey

 I'm so glad my mom and I were able to work it out to continue our tradition of going to the zoo together to celebrate her birthday.  We always have so much fun and this time was no different!  😊

Monkeys

 I'm loving this weather!  It sure makes going to the zoo more fun!  😊

Sea Life

 It had been a while since I took pictures of sea life.  I'm glad I took the time to check in on the animals in there.  😊

Kangaroos and Joeys

I'm enjoying every little bit of progression I am able to witness with these joeys!  I am disappointed that I will miss seeing so much since the zoo will be closing for the season so soon.  We'll see how these next few weeks go.
