Serval

I caught one of the Servals having a nice time rolling around in the straw.  It was ridiculously cute!  I mean, I see my house cats doing this, but to see a big cat acting the same way was so interesting and funny to me!  

Random

 I believe this was from the recent trip to the zoo when I learned that my favorite kangaroo, Molly, had passed away.  As sad as I was to hear the news, I'm so glad the lady told me or I would have just continued to look for Molly as I always did when I visited.  Molly was my favorite because she was the only kangaroo who I could consistently recognize and remember her name without any assistance from a worker.  I'll have to learn the others names with notches now.  

African Animals and New Monkeys!

 Just a selection of pictures from another quick trip to the zoo.  I again only really had time to visit the African section.  I was so excited to see the new Schmidt's Red-Tailed Monkeys!  They are so cute!

 I didn't get to the Fort Wayne Zoo very much over the summer, but now that school is started and my schedule is calming down a bit, I managed to fit in a quick trip to visit the African part.  I also checked on the Red Pandas because they are some of my favorites.

More Penguins

 Y'all, these tiny penguins are the cutest I've ever seen!  They are so little and are so blue.  They are called Little Blue Penguins, so obviously others agree with me.  Haha!  But seriously, we waited here for so long for kids to get out of the way so I could get the shots I wanted.  I think it was worth it though.  I mean, just look at how adorable they are!!

These are the final pictures I have from our trip to the Cincinnati Zoo back in July.  I didn't make it to the Fort Wayne Zoo all that much over the summer, but I have been a few times and am just behind on posting them.  I hope to catch up soon!
